Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and det2222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the det2222 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, arcade games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By accessing the det2222 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the det2222 platform.

det2222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of det2222 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read together with the det2222 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and det2222.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the det2222 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. det2222 does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or mandatory exclusion that would prevent you from participating in online gambling.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not open more than one account on det2222. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds associated with fraudulent use.

det2222 conducts identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawals and, in repeated cases, account closure.

det2222 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, block all financial transactions, and conduct a verification review. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, any deposits will be returned where legally permissible, and any winnings will be forfeited.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of det2222 is lawful within your jurisdiction. det2222 makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or legally available in all locations. Players are responsible for determining whether accessing and using online betting and casino services is legal in their jurisdiction before registering.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on det2222, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address, a username, a secure password, your date of birth, and your preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

det2222 accounts are strictly personal. Each individual may hold only one account. Any attempt to open a second account — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes multi-accounting, which is a material breach of these Terms. All accounts linked to the same individual will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. det2222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure, provided that we have fulfilled our own security obligations.

You must notify det2222 immediately at support@det2222 (plain text — not a clickable link) if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Until we receive such notification, all activity conducted using your account credentials will be treated as authorised.

det2222 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal. We also reserve the right to close any account that was opened in breach of these Terms, even if the breach is discovered after the account has been active for a period of time.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

det2222 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are credited to your det2222 account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). det2222 does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information provided during KYC verification. Deposits from payment methods that do not match your verified identity may be rejected and returned.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that matches your verified account details.
• Any active bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements must have those requirements fulfilled before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the policies of the payment provider and may vary. det2222 targets a 15-minute processing window for fully verified accounts but does not guarantee this timeframe in all cases.
• det2222 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks if there is any reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

det2222 does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your transactions.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect balance being credited to your account, you are obligated to notify det2222 immediately. Any funds credited in error do not belong to you and must not be used. det2222 reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds from your account balance at any time.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

det2222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback deals, and cricket season specials timed around BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of offering. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on det2222 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms. Players must complete the wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Claiming multiple bonuses using different accounts from the same household is a breach of these Terms.

det2222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to ensuring that any wagering requirements already accepted by a player in good faith are honoured. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional terms, or in conjunction with multi-accounting will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

Section 6

Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity conducted on the det2222 platform. Specific rules may apply to individual sports markets, game types, and promotional bets and are published within the relevant sections of the platform.

Sports Betting: All bets placed on det2222 are subject to the bet acceptance rules applicable at the time the bet is submitted. det2222 reserves the right to refuse any bet, reduce the maximum stake on any market, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, odds errors, or technical malfunctions. In the event of a match or event being abandoned or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are published on the platform.

Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are updated continuously during the course of an event. det2222 is not responsible for any lag or delay in live odds that may affect the timing of a bet acceptance. If a bet is accepted after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined — due to a technical or human error — det2222 reserves the right to void that bet.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on det2222 (including slots, live dealer games, table games, and arcade titles) are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. det2222 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.

Maximum Win Limits: Certain games and bet types are subject to maximum win caps. The applicable maximum win for each game or market is published within the game interface or betting market. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum win cap may be adjusted to the maximum permissible amount.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game session, the game will be resumed from the point of disconnection where technically possible. If the game cannot be resumed, bets already committed to a round that was interrupted will be settled based on the outcome determined by the game server's records.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on det2222. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one det2222 account, whether using your own identity, a third party's identity, or falsified information.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulent payment methods to fund your account. All detected fraudulent deposits will be reversed and the account closed.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms, wagering requirements, or bonus structures in ways that are clearly contrary to the intended purpose of the promotion — including but not limited to low-risk bonus clearing strategies, matched betting on det2222 markets, or systematic abuse of free bet credits.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any automated software to place bets, spin casino games, or interact with the det2222 platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Match Fixing and Corruption: Placing bets on markets where you possess inside knowledge of a fixed outcome, or participating in or facilitating any form of sports corruption, match manipulation, or result fixing.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical faults in the det2222 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known errors will be voided.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or tournament format game offered on the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using det2222 accounts to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. det2222 maintains robust anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Underage Use: Allowing or facilitating access to det2222 by any person under the age of 18, or providing false age information during registration or verification.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

det2222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, underage use, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and failure to comply with responsible gaming limits imposed under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

When an account is suspended, the player will typically be notified via the email address registered to the account, unless notification would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation. Suspended players may not access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals until the suspension is resolved. Where the suspension is the result of a verification request, the player may reactivate the account by submitting the requested documentation.

When an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance that was funded through legitimate deposits (and is not associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after any applicable deductions. Winnings or bonus funds associated with prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your det2222 account at any time by contacting support at support@det2222 (plain text only — not a clickable link). Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all applicable conditions have been met. Please note that if you have an active self-exclusion in place, account closure does not cancel the self-exclusion period.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. det2222 may apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive account balances as set out in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, allowing them to log in and reactivate their account.

These Terms & Conditions represent the complete and entire agreement between you and det2222 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. det2222's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.
